Because Labor-Greens guillotined (cut short) the debate it was unlikely I would be able to speak & put on the senate Hansard record our opposition to the bill.
Yet there remained a slight chance. So, the government produced its “Updated” Speakers List under which there was no chance I would get to speak. Nor any One Nation senators
This is “democracy” under Labor. Citizens of QLD, NSW & WA locked out
Despite this, I was able to make a short, truncated statement in the Committee stage of debate
Similarly, in the debate on the Labor-Greens bill establishing the Centre for Disease Control giving bureaucrats enormous power with virtually no limits & no accountability, the debate was guillotined when the speaker listed before me was speaking – preventing me from speaking my clear & strong opposition to the ghastly CDC bill that Labor-Greens & most Liberal-Nationals supported.

And remember, PM Albanese arbitrarily cut our parliamentary advisers in half; such hijinks show the government fears us.
Shows we are the real opposition and shows Labor-Greens and Libs do not want democracy.
