Criminal Negligence and malfeasances
In her live testimony, Lynda Wharton told them: “114 out of 125 exemption applications were DENIED for those who experienced life-threatening anaphylaxis after dose 1.”
Mandated Kiwis with proven serious injuries or conditions — like myocarditis, cardiac issues or PEG allergies (Pfizer’s OWN data said DON’T take it) — were forced to choose risk death from a second shot or lose their jobs, careers and livelihoods.

To be honest I’m still in somewhat of a state of stunned incredulity at the findings…. the mRNA “safe and effective” findings.
Yes, yes, yes, I know EVERYONE told me it would be a whitewash…and I refused to presume the outcome before I saw it. But now I’ve seen it, and it turns out I could have saved myself some heart ache by jumping on the “it will be a whitewash” bandwagon before reading it.
Why am I stunned at the findings?
Partly because I have an “angle” that nobody else was witness to, except the Commissioners….and that’s the submission from The Health Forum NZ.
I was there behind closed doors with the three commissioners (and their senior male executive who kept his head down and dabbed away his tears as the 10 seriously mRNA injured with me, gave their testimonies).
I witnessed the Commissioners hear agonising, raw, truthful testimony from Rory Nairn’s bereaved mum; and nine New Zealanders STILL struggling with permanent and serious injury from their (mostly mandated) Pfizer.
But mostly what I know, is the many hundreds of pages submission we wrote.
It had everything
The science – peer reviewed evidence of mRNA harm
Compendiums of emails received from the public detailing horrific experiences of injury and death of loved ones
An enormous compendium of emails sent to me in early 2022 in preparation for a meeting with the Human Rights Commissioner – 100’s of detailed reports of medical exemptions declined and jobs lost
A massive compendium of Official Information Responses pertaining to each of the Terms of Reference of the Commission – all highlighted and covered by an intricate index.
An enormous compendium of the public comments evidencing mRNA harm, that were deleted from the Jacinda Ardern “tell me about your side effects” Facebook post in September 2021

So, it has taken me five days to move from a slightly dissociative, “stunned mullet” stage…. and into my fully justified RAGE.
