SO HOW ABOUT PUTTING RIGHT THE SHOCKING ACTIONS OF YOUR CONSTABLES: who let a violent THUG walk free who had the day before punched and kicked a candidate while shouting baseless accusations of racism and the next day return to commit more crimes.
Laws And Facilities for Such Individuals
There are laws available to use to deal with such individuals and there are secure facilities for those who have mental illness and display violent outburst in public, and your constables should have taken him into custody to facilitate his processing into such a facility.
