Plot: A little girl falls asleep in her highchair as her parents and their friends discuss the film “The Front Page” featuring columnist Louella Parsons with Shirley as ” Lula Parsnips”. The little girl dreams about reporters, a cop, and an escaped convict.

This Short Film is first one in the Baby Burlesks Series was a take on the movie “The Runt Page”
The Sound track was dubbed, but in all later Baby Burlesks the actual children’s voices were used…
